Cancellation Policy


  • *NEW CLIENTS who book a full set will have to put a down payment of $30 to hold their appointment which goes towards your service. (Payment info will be provided when booking).
  • If you are a no show or cancel less than 24hrs before your full set appointment you will not be refunded the $30.

  • If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please give at LEAST 24hrs notice before your appointment so I can edit my schedule accordingly. New full set clients will be charged the $30 holding fee if you do not inform me a day in advance.

  • If you are a “no show” (no call/text before missing your appointment), there will be a $30 cover charge for the holding fee. This is because sets take 2-3hrs and that time I could of booked other clients who needed an appointment.

  • If you are more than 15-20 minutes late please contact me via text message or call to let me know in advance. I understand things come up but time is precious for lash extension application. Be mindful that your lash appointment might have to be cancelled. If I’m not already booked up right after your apt & I have time to do your service I will try my best but keep in mind you will still be charged the same amount!

I understand emergencies come up, but I am running my own business too, so I have to be fair to other clients who were not able to book at that time you had scheduled, as well as my time for coming in and setting up for your service. So please let me know in advance at least 24hrs if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
