New Clients-
​Before Service:

Please read before your service if you are a new client or need it for a refresher. Thank you in advance!
  • DUE TO COVID HEALTH REGULATIONS: You are required to come to every appointment with a mask on & let me know if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with anyone with covid symptoms.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment PLEASE give at least 7-24hrs notice & text Erin (760) 583-5813. So I am able to rearrange my schedule & open it to other clients that would like to book. Thank you!!​
  • SHOWER BEFORE your Full Set or Fill service whether it’s the night before or day of, since you shouldn’t get your eyes wet the first 24 hours after ANY lash service! (The extensions and glue ARE fully waterproof after the first 24hr wait period & I highly recommend cleansing your lashes daily).
  • Come with NO mascara or eyeshadow on, so the glue can properly bond. You are able to wear your normal face makeup. If you are not able to come with clean lashes, I am able to cleanse them for you (just keep in mind this is taking time away from lashing).
  • Eat something before your service since you will be laying down for a few hours if you are getting a new set. Try not to drink a lot of caffeine before your apt since it can cause most eyes to flutter & feel jittery. Please wait until after your service to enjoy some. We have complimentary water, coffee, and tea for you if you would like!
  • Make sure you block off enough time out of your day for your service (Approx 2-3hrs for a New Full Set). I would hate to rush your service if you have any plans after, so please make sure it’s a day you are flexible! Since each set/fill time varies and everyone has a different amount of lashes and eye shapes. I truly want you to leave satisfied with your lashes!
  • Please arrive at the time your appointment is booked, text me if you are running late so I can change my schedule if needed. (Can not take clients NO later than 15min if I am booked up after). I always add in extra time for new first time clients, so they are able to fill out a short form & use the restroom if needed before.

After Care at home routine:

  • DO NOT get lashes wet for only the first 24 hours after your full set OR fill! This is VERY important! Getting them wet after any lash service interrupts the glue curing process and will cause premature fall out. This is why I recommend coming already showered before your service.
  • After the 24 hrs of letting your lashes dry:​ At this point your lashes are completely cured and resistant to water and sweat. YOU CAN get them wet without worrying. I advise my clients to clean lashes frequently as they would wash their hair!
  • CLEANSE YOUR LASHES!!! I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH TO CLIENTS! I recommend cleansing at least once DAILY if you wear makeup, to maintain the best health for your lashes & retention. This doesn't need to be a deep cleanse every single day but start to make a habit of it when you shower for the best results. Don't be afraid to clean them!
  • USE PROLONG LASH CLEANSER that I have for sale at the salon & highly recommend. Click HERE for full details including why I love it, list of ingredients & directions of use. Please do not use baby shampoo, cleansers with oils etc due to ingredients being found that actually breaks down the Cyanoacrylate (main ingredient found in Lash glue)
  • ​​​Do not use OIL based eye makeup, creams, cleansers. Oil breaks down the main ingredient in lash adhesive and causes premature fall out.​
  • Brush your lashes daily! Just like you would with your hair. I’ll give you a lash wand after every service to take with you. Brush them in the morning, day and night to keep them in place. The lash extensions can be styled & moved since they are attached at the base of your natural lash. (You might notice when you wake up from sleeping they moved around).
  • LASHES SHED NATURALLY! The extension is attached to the base of your natural lash not your skin, so you might see a few lashes fall out in the next weeks. You actually shed about 1-6 natural lashes per day, which is totally NORMAL! So don’t be alarmed, the lash shedding is all a part of the Anagen, Catagen, Telogen phases that hair follicles grow through.
  • DO NOT wear mascara on your Classic, Hybrid, or Volume Extensions; This will make you get fills sooner than normal! For the best retention & results from extensions I don't recommend using mascara since it is very hard to cleanse off. (A huge plus of extensions is that you don’t need to bother with the mess of mascara).
  • Avoid strong heat. If you are close enough to BBQ's, bonfires, strong lighters etc the extensions can burn the tips easily like natural hair which effects the look and longevity of your lashes.
  • Book a fill appointment every 2-3 weeks to maintain your desired look and ensure you have a set appointment to make your lashes beautiful and full again! If you book past 4 weeks it will be considered a new full set. *Must have at least 40% of lashes to book a fill
